Sounds like a interview question. If you really understood how always on works while setting up AG you should be able to answer your question. If this is something someone else handed you down please go through MS documentation.

Keep in mind people on this forum are taking time out of there regular lives and helping other people. If you are being lazy to google and assuming you can throw a question here to get an answer is probably not the right way to learn. How about trying it out at Microsoft virtual labs yourself? Long story short , i am assuming you meant to ask how do you patch servers involved in AG with out having significant outage. You failover to secondary node patch first node, then fail it back and patch secondary.
