How to deploy the Database Maintenance plan across the enterprise uniformly on automated way

    Please let me know the possible way of deploying the Database Maintenance Plan across the enterprise level running SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008.

    The client not ready to host centralised job server or third party tool.

    The requirement is that a standard database mainteance plan has to be deployed across the SQL Server Instances in the Organization.

    Let consider this for System databases. Since system databases are common and generic to every instances .
