How to create/dump Data Schema in SQL Server?

  I'd like to know is there any tool in SQL to either create ot dump data schema just like tools in Oracle. Can any one give me a thought?

  Do you mean to script out the objects? You can do that easily in Enterprise Manager, just right click the object.
