I agree with Lynn. There's just not enough information here. What is this "master table" supposed to do or contain?

Wild guess...
Do you mean a table that will be automatically created in each database? Then create it first in the model database on your system.

I'm suspecting a student, and thinking he either means:
1) How do you design/create the central production data table of a VERY small database (possibly a one-table db ie Student_Name/Class_Name/Address/phone_number)? ;
or
2) How do I create tables within the Master DB?
Answers:
1) Read up on database design;
2) Don't. Why? Read Answer 1). 🙂
