How to create an instance of a SQL Server 2005 install

    I have SQL Server 2005 Enterprise installed on a server. There is one instance of the server, named the server name. There are some databases already there. Can I create a new instance like SERVERNAME\New Instanace?

    Yes, you just install SQL again on the same machine. It will ask you for the instance name.
