Is it possable to add folders to SQL Server Management Studio under "Tables" folder at the same level as "Systems Table" folder

No, that's manipulating the Management Studio UI and it isn't possible. There is not "folders" within the database to differentiate between tables, etc., anyway. If you're trying to control storage, you should use schema's. If you're trying to document your databases, I'd look into extended properties.
