How to convert some Access SQL into TSQL?

  I have run the code provided by GSquared but it is not working as intended.

  My resultes look as follows:

  ID| 10330188

  PlaceName| RIGDON MILLER & CO REAL ESTATE 1936 SPRUCE ST 19103

  Street| IGDON MILLER & CO REAL ESTATE 1936 SPRUCE ST 19103

  CitySt| GDON MILLER & CO REAL ESTATE 1936 SPRUCE ST 1910

  Zip| 19103

  Could this be because in the SQL table the Chr(13) and Chr(10) look like a white square? If so how do you deal with this in SQL? Access recognizes those white squares as Chr(13) and Chr(10) and the field is just 3 separate lines.
