How to convert existing reports to view on mobile/smart devices?

  Hi,

  We are in process of evaluating best approach/practice/tools for enabling existing SSRS reports (developed in 2008/2012) for mobile devices. Does latest versions of SQL server offer any out of the box feature or migration tool to fulfill this need? Any recommendations for third party tools to do this kind of job?
