any body know how do set or configure ACID in ms-sql server

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. The SQL Server engine provides a certain level of ACID properties "out of the box" and you, the programmer, can specify different levels depending on your application's needs. But this is a big subject that can't possibly be dealt with effecively in a forum.
