How to capture the old version of an SP, View or Function in a DDL trigger

  Hi,

  Just wondering if you can capture the old version of an object inside a DDL trigger? I've tried to do a select from sysmodules, but got the new version of the object. "Instead Of" option for a DDL trigger does not seem to work.

  Any ideas?

  i dont think you can see the older version of Sp unless you are preserving it in Audit table with the help of DDL trigger.
