If you mean can you start MSDTC without rebooting the server, I don't believe you can avoid.

Hello,

Thanks for fast replay. No, MSDTC is working, but we made some changes with MSDTC and SQL Server "doesn't know" about this changes.

So, I'd like ask how apply this changes without server restart.

Not sure if you can. Couldn't find anything either and it has been 3 years since I last worked with MSDTC.
