Hi guy's
I have to put my SQL Server 2008 Cluster behind a firewall. I am now wondering how to configure the static port in cluster.
Can some one tell me how to do?
Many thanks for your help

Hi Adiga
Thank you for the link. I already read this link but the Q is "How I have to chage in a clustered environement?"
I'm running Windows 2008 SP2 Enterprise and SQL Server 2008 SP2 Enterprise and in Cluster.
What I have to do to change from dynamic port to static port?
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you.

Hi all
I found the solution. It is so simple.:-D
In "SQL Server Configuration Manager" under "SQL Server Network Configuration" / "TCP/IP" -Properties - IP Addresses - IP ALL
Clear TCP Dynamic Port
Set TCP Port as you like
After that change restart SQL Service and check port settings.
Do a failover and check port setting on the ohter nodes
Done.
Have a nice day.

Don't forget to configure your Windows firewall to open the port you just changed it to.
