I have an application, it uses SQL db, the application will gether/receive many info from client through an agent installed on clients and write to database.
I am not sure my question is clear enough, just need an idea, thanks in advance.

Your application sounds fairly standard in architecture (though what do you mean by 'agent', exactly?). Please be a bit more specific - what issues/problems do you foresee?

yeah, pretty standard, the agent is client software, it gether info and send to application server.
for now, i don't see issues, since i'm asked to provide daily support to the SQL server and do some maintence job (backup/restore/monitor job), and the person in charge of application asked this, i don't know how to explain.
thanks for your help.

Jack
