How notificate via mail SQL Server services status change

  Hi,

  I have installed in a production server the next SQL Server services: SQL Services (SQL Server and SQL Server Agent), Analysis Service, Integration Service and Reporting Service.

  I would like receive a mail notification when any of the this services change their status. For SQL Server and SQL Server Agent status change (when are restarted) i can find a valid solution (see http://www.sql-server-performance.com/articles/dba/notification_sql_server_agent_restart_p1.aspx), but none for the rest.

  Someone could tell me how i could receive mail notification when this services change their status?

  As i know, we can configrue servcie recovery then response when the servcie failed. You could try to restart the servcie or run a progam. It seems could run a program to send out email when the service failed.
