It depends on the amount required for your job as a minimum. Knowing SSIS and SSRS can help to greatly augment your effectiveness as a DBA.

You should know at least enough to install and configure these so they work, even on a cluster environmnet. Then you should be able to do basic things like export, import and debug SSIS packages, particulalry once live. Probably enough to build and deploy packages, but I wouldn't expect you to be an expert at creating them. Similar sort of level for SSRS and SSAS, but with reports and cubes etc. Also able to manage scheduling of related jobs.
You should be able to make recommendations on install, backup and recovery options, like where to store the SSIS Packages (file or msdb). In a smaller company you may need a little more knowledge, but in larger companies I would hope you have a spicialist BI Administrator who would do most of the SSAS work, and developers or such who do the more advanced SSIS & SSIS development.
Having said this, the more you know the better.

Nothing in life is ever so complicated that with a little work it can't be made more complicated.
