Lots of developers and others who don't normally come to the SQL Server events. I have no good idea of where the community of people are who primarily work with SQL Server. It's probably a few million, but hard to tell.

It looks like the link to the event for doctors without borders is no longer working. It produces an error saying the participant can't be found.
