I make 92m. Bigint 2^63-1 (9,223,372,036,854,775,807) / 100,000,000 = 92,233,720.36854775.
How do we get 92billion? Am I missing something?

The referenced post about running out of bigints is interesting - a comment to that post suggests it's possible in some environments - I want to try that!

I got it right by pure luck. I haven't yet had my first cup of coffee so I was too lazy to do the math. I was really hoping for the "more than you would ever possibly need" answer but after a short perusing of the options it wasn't there. 😉 Good question Steve.

Hey, I used the Windows calculator. The beep indicated that something went wrong and I found I was missing 3 digits, so I just missed 3 digits from the range.
I had the advantage of having my coffee first. 😀

Why not start it at max negative and use the negative side as well? Then you would have almost twice as many...

You could do that, and some do. I find negative numbers problematic for humans when working with data and joins for troubleshooting or other work.
My point was with a BIGINT, I'm not sure you need to do this.
