Anyone have an approximate handle on how long it will take to upgrade all my 7.0 databases to 2000? We have about 160 DBs, most rather smallish, ranging from under 1 meg to about 3 gigs, totalling about 13 gigs in all. We have a 1700mHz CPU with 1.5G RAM. The usual complement of database indexes, but very few triggers or similar things.
I'm thinking something like 3 or 4 hours--am I anywhere in the ball park, or do I have an unpleasant surprise in store?
TIA for any info.

I don't think it will take even that long. But as always backup your DBs beforehand for safety in case the unforseen occurrs.

I actually think that is an overestimate. I haven't done an upgrade in a while (tomorrow I will be) but when I have, it doesn't seem to have taken that long.
Agree totally with Antares on the backups!
