It's easy to misread tone on the forums. I'll apologise on Dave's behalf, I'm sure he will as soon as he returns.
It's just that we've had a number of really insulting, rude posts in the last week or so, I think it's making people see sarcasm where it isn't.

This is the big downside to online forums , all sense of tone is lost , and it can be easy to get the "wrong end of the stick".

have you resolved this issue? I use monitoring tool that collect history of transaction, but tht can't be the case in all environment.
