How do i insert through Proc to Another location server?

  Hi ,

  I have Two windows database server with same configuration and i want to replicate the data from one server to another server using, like i have proc written on First server in that proc i want to write the insert or update details for Second database server

  Please suggest and possible provide some articles

  You need to set up a linked server on the server on which you create the proc.

  I think that *real* replication (transactional IMHO) would suit better here.

  Is this one way or you need data to be replicated bidirectionally?
