sql server 2008 express allows 4gb space enough for me
is it per DB or for the entire sql server ?
how will be able to use sql server 2008, when it doesnt have enterprise manager or any other tools to communicate
what if i install sql server 2008 enterprise edition trial version, and then if dont pay will it get automtically transfered to express edition?

You can download SSMS Express or you can use sqlcmd to manage your server.

No, It just will stop working with a message that your trial period has expired.
