How can I format this Control

    I am using SSRS 2008 R2 and the format of this control is taking up too much space on the web page.

    Is there a way to move the export control up to the parameter area?

    I have attached an image showing what I would like to do.

    You can't do that. That area is reserved by SSRS for parameters and there is no way to change that using native SSRS. You could, however, use a third party tool such as MVC.
