I don't think it's possible. (Based on your post title, not the text. What you ask in the actual post is definitely possible.)

Oracle(r) Enterprise Manager Introduces Systems Management Capabilities for Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft Windows Server System
New Plug-Ins Enable Customers to Reduce the Cost of Managing Applications and Services Built on Microsoft and Oracle Systems
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. 22-FEB-2006 05:05 AM Oracle today announced its systems management support of the Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft Windows Server System, including Microsoft SQL Server, further reducing the complexity and cost of managing information technology (IT) environments where Microsoft and Oracle coexist. Oracle has extended the capabilities of Oracle? Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control (Oracle Grid Control) enabling joint Microsoft and Oracle customers to monitor their applications and services more efficiently through a single, integrated management solution.
Generally available today are seven new Plug-Ins that give Oracle Grid Control monitoring, service level management, and diagnostic capabilities for .NET Framework and Windows Server System. With improved insight into the performance of .NET and Windows Server System, Oracle Grid Control allows system administrators to effectively detect and resolve issues in diverse IT environments to deliver a higher quality of service. Plug-Ins are immediately available for the following Microsoft products and systems:
* Microsoft Active Directory - the Oracle Plug-In monitors Active Directory service's product performance and configuration data, and simplifies the management of applications that use Active Directory as an LDAP server;
* Microsoft BizTalk Server - the Oracle Plug-In monitors performance data for BizTalk Server transactions, orchestrations, business activity service, and improves business process management where BizTalk and .NET applications are used;
* Microsoft Commerce Server - the Oracle Plug-In monitors related hardware performance, catalogs, pipelines, user profile management, and business data helping to ease service level management of Web sites and stores using Commerce Server;
* Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) - the Oracle Plug-In monitors data for WWW, Web services, FTP, SNMP, ASP, and many other network protocols, which is critical to customers running IIS;
* Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server - the Oracle Plug-In monitors the server's performance data related to bandwidth control, cache performance, firewalls, and Web proxies, simplifying the performance and security management of customer Web sites using ISA;
* Microsoft .NET Framework - the Oracle Plug-In enables customers utilizing .NET to manage their entire application environment including architectures comprised of .NET and Java; and,
* Microsoft SQL Server - the Oracle Plug-In provides customers with rich monitoring of SQL Server databases and their applications.
These new Plug-Ins complement Oracle's existing Plug-In support for Windows systems. Customers now have even more depth and a greater ability to view Microsoft middleware and database operations directly in the context of operating system activity.
Administrators running mixed Microsoft and Oracle systems can take advantage of Oracle Grid Control's application and service level management, configuration management, grid computing automation, and reporting capabilities to streamline complex processes, automate manual tasks and better align IT resources with business objectives. The Oracle Plug-Ins automatically benefit from Oracle Grid Control's broad set of monitoring and service level management features, including alerts, lights-out monitoring, automatic performance data collection and trending, end-to-end transaction monitoring, blackout windows and templates to provide complete system-service monitoring and to enhance service delivery. The Plug-Ins also enable remote management without requiring the installation of Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g agents in Microsoft environments.
"Organizations are striving to maximize the use of their computing environments, improve service levels, and lower costs of IT management all while running a mix of computing systems," said Jay Rossiter, vice president of System Management Products, Oracle. "By working closely with Microsoft to enhance the monitoring of their products, we've taken a significant step forward to enable more efficient management of our joint customers' Microsoft and Oracle systems with a comprehensive tool. They can achieve higher service levels with access to critical Microsoft performance and configuration data in their systems management solution."
"Microsoft and Oracle acknowledge that joint customers can benefit greatly from the tight integration of Microsoft products with Oracle Grid Control," said Rob Bernard, General Manager Global ISVs, Microsoft. "Our collaborative efforts ease our joint customers' ability to administer and monitor critical applications and services using our respective products."
Partner Offering Enables Broader Systems Management
In October 2005, Oracle launched the Oracle Enterprise Manager Partner offering in response to overwhelming interest by its partner, customer and developer communities to provide broader management of enterprise grid environments. Available through Oracle PartnerNetwork, participating partners obtain instant access to a wide range of services to help them deliver the best value to joint customers of enterprise grids comprised of Oracle and non-Oracle systems. Partners engage with Oracle to develop an extensive set of Plug-Ins and Management Connectors, increasing the value of Oracle's management product suite and reducing the cost and complexity of managing enterprise systems. Plug-Ins increase the breadth and depth of targets that can be monitored using Oracle Grid Control. Management Connectors enable the bi-directional exchange of information between Oracle Grid Control and other management frameworks or trouble ticketing systems that customers may have in their environments.
