High Latency on Publisher to Distributor but Low Latency to Subscriber

    One thing I may not have mentioned. If you are updating rows using a stored proc, including the sp in the publication will allow replication to depliver a single command (the proc call) rather than the row by row commands.

    Looks like we've got it. It was a mixture of reducing the Virtual Log Files and changing a few of the heavy lifting SPUs to replicate the execution as well.
