Hi,
"Availability Group is not ready for Automatic Failover" Policy check suggest that atleast on of the secondary replica is not ready for failover ready. We face this issue when our primary replica is configured as automatic under failover mode however none of the secondary replica in availability group are failover ready.
Normally this issue occurs when the secondary replica are not in Sync with the primary. You can check the status of Syncing from the high Availability dashboard from SSMS. For detailed information refer to the below mentioned link.
Check the Availability group status form dashboard.

Hi,
Their could be a wide variety of issues it is not possible to share the resolution for all of them.
Let us try to narrow down our issue first.
Go to the Dashboard and click in the Availability group their their you will see the details of the primary and secondary replicas
look for the column named Synchronization state and right next to it will be issues.
Share the values and the screen shot of the screen.
