Hi,
I have an SSRS report. The main report has 7 parameters, 6 of which are used by the sub-reports. This works successfully. The 7th parameter is not used by any of the sub-reports, but still displays in the parameter window.
Is there any way to hide the "unused" parameter on the sub-reports? I still want the other 6 to be visible.
Thanks,
Andrew

Yes..go to that report that you are passing the parameter to and click the parameter properties and you will see (select parameter visibility with 3 radio buttons, select hidden

Hi,
Thanks for replying. I'd tried that but it didn't seem to have any affect. I left the parameter visible on the main report, hidden on the others, but when previewing, it was still visible on all reports.
Is there anything else I need to select?
Thanks,
Andrew
