Anyone have any advice, experience or comments concerning sqlserver 2000 and hibernate? I am in a shop that is run by developers (like most) and they are wanting to implement hibernate. It appears I, the DBA, have no say in the decision. I was told to "read a book". This is my company's way of training. So, besides looking for employment elsewhere I am doing research on hibernate. I have come across numerous comments and write ups from developers but none from the DBA's perspective. Any DBA comments, experience, etc. concerning hibernate would be great.
Thanks,
Bob
