Would have voted on create/replace (one of the instances where Oracle is better than SQLServer) but voting has been closed for quite some time, or so it appears looking at the thread.

They just closed the Connect item as Won't Fix.

Today was a day when they released a lot of Connect items as won't fix, or for things like my doc bugs, fixed.
