Hopefully someone will know a product which acts as a helpdesk call logging system and integrates with TFS to track work items / change sets etc against a ticket number.
Functionality needed would be a portal available to users on the internet and to be able to respond to tickets via email, as well as TFS integration.
Some quick googling came up trumps, so will google deeper, but posting just on the off chance that someone knows of a product already of if it is even possible yet or not.

anthony not sure if you have seen this yet;
there's a helpdesk app called ZenDesk (no experience with it, sorry), and there is a codeplex project that integrates Zendesk with TFS here:

I'd suggest looking at that, it might be just what you are looking for, but I don't know if it's what you were after or not.

Thanks Lowell, I had seen something on Zendesk on my searches, but nothing that passed me over to that link. Will see if the developers here can pick apart the solution and try and get a trail of Zendesk running somewhere if it permits.

Another one would be to use Systems Center Orchestrator with the TFS Integration Pack.

There is a new player in the market, focused on TFS:
It works with Visual Studio Online and with on-premises TFS.
