I use sqldm to control sql server databases. I connect via sql authentication with every server, but when I try to get statistics from the databases, I get this error. "10001: SQL call unsuccessful - server has possibly run out of user connections or server licenses". Can anybody who actually uses SQLDM help me ?
Thanks

Apparently, you need SQL Client tools installed ... http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic206888-9-1.aspx.
We had DM at my last place, and it was an excellent tool, wish I could persuade my management to shell out the money for it here as well.

I read the post and I have sql server 2005 workstation components installed on my local machine. I need to connect to a server running sql server 2000. Is there a problem with that ?

Shouldn't be, as far as I'm aware. You may want to ping Idera directly on this.
