Help with copying a table from Local to Remote server via a Stored Procedure

  I would like to use a Stored Procedure to copy a table from my Local server to a Remote server.

  It may seem easy-peasy for some of you guys, but I just can't seem to find the answer and it's becoming very frustrating.

  Please give me an example of the code to set me on my way. I realise that some settings may need to be made within Enterprise, so please guide me.

  Remote Server name: Tasty

  Remote Username: Pickle

  Remote Password: Onion

  Do you need to copy the table structure or just the data?
