Help to start SQL Server Agent

    Hi default my SQL sever agent is disabled when im trying to change to Automatic its showing error.

    Please help me urgent

    when i surfed in google its shows that SQL Server Agent could not start in express edition.

    Is it ?

    Hey!

    As far as I know, after looking at Microsoft's Express Edition for 2008, Express CANNOT support SQL Server Agent. Your best bet is to download the 180 day trial for the standard edition of 2008.
