Help! SQL Errors

  I receive about 75 to 100 of these errors a day, and only during business hours (8:30-5:30  M-F)

  I have copied a portion of the sql logs below. 

   

  Error: 644, Severity: 21, State: 6

  Could not find the index entry for RID '161da460200' in index page (1:27322), index ID 0, database 'MATTER'..

  Error: 644, Severity: 21, State: 6

  Could not find the index entry for RID '1683a460200' in index page (1:27404), index ID 0, database 'MATTER'..

   

   

  I have been dealing with Software provider, and they suggested re-indexing.  I tried just using DBREINDEX, no luck.  Just last night I dropped and re-created all clustered and non-clustered indexes for the database and still keeps getting the errors.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
