Help required to import data from excel 2007 (xlsx)

  Hi all,

  I am using Visual Studio Premier Partner (SP1) - Visual Studio 2005. I am having problems importing excel 2007.

  When I select an excel connection manager (CM) the following choices are available:

• Microsoft Excel 3.0
• Microsoft Excel 4.0
• Microsoft Excel 5.0
• Microsoft Excel 97-2005

(obviously later excel versions were not available when VS 2005 was released)

Perhaps there is an alternative CM selection that I should be using?

Is there a service pack or work around that I can use to access the files? Or does anyone know of a workable solution on the net that demonstrates the required SSIS tools?
