Hi,
Recently, I am evaluating a copy of Quest Spotlight on my development
system in order to try to find some bad SQL code.
However, I can view the blocking/lock session SP briefly before the screen
will not show any data. Those blocking/locking session screen will be empty.
Is there any document or articles to guide me how to use it ?
In addition, with the information from spotlight, how do I go about
using the information like those SP that cause locking/blocking to
good use or tune my SP ?
Anyone that have use it, pls kindly advise and guide me.

Try the Quest support center -- http://www.quest.com. Look for the Support tab, Case Management from the drop down list, look for Trail User Registration. They have been most helpful with how to navigate the products.

Hi,
I already registered as a trial user. In side, I don't find any
useful guide to solve my problem.
I can install and see that I have locking, then I drill-in,
I only see 'no data' screen. How do I view those blocking/lock
SP ?
In addition, with those information, how do I go about to tune
my SP or indexes ?
Please advise. Thank you

Now that you are registered with the support center, open a "case" with them. In the past they have set up a web connection to view my screen and walked me through the navigation. There are also tutorial type documents available from the Quest web site that they could direct you to.
