Hi all,
while sitting behind our firewall, I am not able to see links containing 'cute'. Looking at the German translation, there is nothing objectionable with cute. Anyone there who can tell me in simple words what cute is really about?

Could it not be because of child porn?
"Cute little girls"?
Maybe they restrict it because of that.

Weil Sie aus Deuschland sind, denke ich, dass Sie Deutsch koennen ("oe" bedeuted ein "o" mit einem umlaut).
If you don't understand German, please go to the paragraphs below.
Das Woert "cute" hat auf Englisch zwei Bedeutungen. Zuerst ist wie man aussehen. Man benutzt es besonders um Kindern zu beschreiben. Auch ist eine gute Ubersetzueng "fesch", beispielerweise "fesches Maedel". Diese Benutzung des Woertes ist wohl den Grund, dass das Woert verboten ist.
Die zweite Bedeutung ist scharfsinnig oder schlau. Keine nette Woerter, aber wahrscheinlich kein Grund das Woert zu verhindern.
Hilft Ihnen diese Erklaerung?

The word "cute" has two meanings in English. First is the way someone looks, and is especially used to describe children. Another good translation would be "fetching" as in "fetching girl (or lass)". This use of the word is probably the reason the word is forbidden.
The second meaning is cunning or sly. Not nice words, but probably not a reason to stop it.

Es gefaellt mir, dass die Erklaering Ihnen Hilfreich war.
Ich habe Deutsch seit neun Jahre in der Schule gelernt. Zwei Woche lang als ich funfzehn war, habe ich mit einer deutschen Familie gewohnt. Ich hatte auch einen guten Lehrer in der Gymnasium. In seinem Klassen koennten wir nur Deutsch sprechen. Mit ihm habe ich viel gelernt.
Ich habe meines Deutsch neulich geuebt, weil ich Militaerbefehl bekommen habe, Deutschland zu fahren, um behelfsmaessigen Militaerdienst zu tun. Diese Gelegenheit freut mich gern.
