  I am getting an error when i execute some code, the erroe is as follows

  Server: Msg 6603, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_xml_preparedocument, Line 67

  XML parsing error: Invalid at the top level of the document.

  can anyone tell me what is the error for???
