Firstly, please don't laugh at me, I screwed up...
I was cleaning up some security yesterday when I accidentally revoked sysadmin from the BUILTIN\Administrators group without first granting myself sysadmin rights. My sa account is disabled so I can't login with that, and I have no other sysadmins on my server. The only permission I have is the serveradmin role which must have been granted to me automatically when I removed sysadmin from BUILTIN\Administrators.
Someone please tell me there is a back door somewhere!

If you are using Sql Server 2005 you dont need to worry 🙂
If you can start Sql Server in single user mode members of windows administator group will have sysadmin permissions and you can easily reset your Id or enable sa. Refer this link for more info,

If it is Sql 2000 I don't think you are left with anyother option other than rebuilding system databases.
