Dear Editors,
Help, pls could you help me locate an article that appeared in a SQLSCentral.com daily a while ago (since March 1).
The article was about an interactive query/reporting utility/tool that allowed DBAs to present a simplified version of a database to users. The tool allowed a workspace/namespace/schema to be created which contained database pseudo-objects/entities. So for example the workspace would present an entity/object called Invoices which actually is the DB tables (InvoiceHeaders, InvoiceBodys, InvoiceFooters, InvoiceLines) and associated relations (IHs 1-to-1 with IBs & IFs and IHs 1-to-many with ILs). The pseudo-entity & workspace could be secured against a windows logon (or maybe it was against an SS2K login - can't remember).
If anybody could point me in the direction of the artcile I'd really appreciate that. I've tried searching the site but my keywords are generating any leads.
Regards, Neil
