Help about maintenance

    Then I'd hope that as you would help setup and explain some of this, he'd would understand the business risk of thinking this just all 'takes care of itself' or 'anybody should be able to do this'.

    And your certification should put you in a perfect position to easily demonstrate what is needed.

    Proving that this requires another person or possibly skills you don't have is very different matter.

    Although once again, this goes back to your showing them. That would have far more influence than anything I could say.
