how to i perform health chekup for sql.pls give any document for me.and any one is interested ,pls tell me why to we perform health checkup .

Start reading Books Online ("BOL" is the abbreviation you'll see on Forums) and search for the DBCC command, especially CHECKDB

First, this isn't really a backup question. Please post in the correct forum (moved to admin).
Second, dbcc checkdb is a good place, but what do you mean by health check up? What do you think that means? Most databases run fine, there isn't a lot to check for. I'd regularly run integrity checks from the maintenance plans (which includes checkdb), I'd rebuild indexes once a week or so depending on load, enable torn page detection, and verify backups.
