I have been working on it from a DAY but could not figure out the reason
Server Error in '/' Application.

Are you using SSMS or trying to connect via some application (third party/own)?

Having a similar issue and I'm new to setting up connections between .Net Web Apps and SQL Servers, if you could describe what you did or needed to look at to determine how to fix you issue, that would be greatly appreciated.
