There isn't really a direct way. You could try to search if there are any agents installed and get an idea who the vendor is but the kind of details that you are asking for will not be available on the server itself. The best way to get more details is to make friends with Infrastructure team 🙂 , this will help you in long run. Some of the questions that have helped in past are:
ii)Will this SAN be shared with other applications ?
iii)There are few metrics which typically helps us in identifying performance related issues, not sure if the vendor has provided this but would it be possible to have these? If there is a document already out there please let me know.
Throughput Latency IOPS
8 K – Random/Sequential Reads
8 K – Random/Sequential Writes
64 K – Random/Sequential Reads
64 K – Random/Sequential Writes
iv)Does the SAN have capability to synchronously/asynchronously replicate across DC1 and DC2?
v)Once the SAN is deployed, before we start using it, do you know any type of load tests using tools like Diskspd or CrystalDiskMark. Reason I ask this is because we have had bad experience in past where SAN couldn’t keep up with what vendor has promised.
vi)Could also provide drive letters and sizing for each of the servers. If this already published somewhere please let me know.
I will leave upto you how you want to put this in a conversation :).
