Dear SQL Enthusiasts,
Thank you for looking into my question.
I have a SQL Server 2017 Enterprise edition database. It has 26 GB data, 450 GB Filestream and 100 GB Log.
I am a little cautious about the size of filestream.
I am not sure if there are any best practices to maintain filestream and if there is any recommendation for maximum filestream size.
Does anyone have any recommendation.
Thanks

In terms of file sizes, it's generally recommended to pay attention to your NTFS cluster size. Redgate has a fairly thorough PDF you can download for some guidelines :
The Art of SQL Server FILESTREAM
Another good resource is the Whitepaper from MS on Filestream storage. The download link is in this article:
Filestream Storage
