H‌ow to save Word file as varbinary data into SQL server?

    For security reason, some Word files (DOC/DOCX) can't save into file server.
    How to save them as varbinary data into SQL server?

    It would help if you told us how you're currently trying to save them.  I'm also pretty sure that folks will recommend using something like File Stream instead of actually storing them in a database.
