GroupWise compatibility

    We have a client that uses Groupwise as their email client. They say they are unable to open email attachments generated by our Reporting Server.

    If the same attachment is emailed from my desktop using Outlook, they are able to open.

    Are there any known issues related to this?

    GroupWise uses MAPI, Reporting services uses SMTP. There are some MAPI to SMTP conversion utilities out there. (I can't think of where we found the one we used in 2001)
