Group header problem

I've got this report which should provide a serverlist per region.
So I groupped on the region field.
With the group header I want to display this region-text.
servername servertype .......
FULL REGION NAME REGION one
myserver1 2way
myserver2 4way
FULL REGION NAME REGION two
...
...
The problem is that at group-level in the column servername I put the group-value, but it cannot span mulitple columns, so I only get
servername servertype .......
FULL
myserver1 2way
myserver2 4way
FULL
...
How can I correct this ??

I found out that I had to merge the cells over the needed span.
