Great Client company in Columbus Ohio needs an SQL Server DBA to join it's staff.
** Must have large database expereince.
Relocation Assistance is provided.

Salary range in the $80-95k range and bonus.
*Description:
As a SQL Server database administrator, you will work in a team environment
responsible for 24x7 production support, installations, upgrades,
performance monitoring, managing replications, diagnosing system problems,
disaster recovery testing, logical/physical design support including
backup/recovery, and maintaining user accessibility. In addition, you will
act as a technical resource for IT applications in specific business group.
* Qualifications:
-Large SQL Server DBA expereince is required.
-Bachelors Degree and/or 7 years Information Technology Experience
-Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience in database
performance monitoring and tuning
-Experience in logical and physical database design
-Strong experience in developing and maintaining relational
databases including backup/recovery procedures Preferred experience
-2 years experience with replication and/or logshipping in SQL Server
environment
-5 years experience with 24x7 Production support
-2 years of experience with SQL clustering and SQL server using SAN and EMC
technologies of SRDF, BCV.
-2 years of experience with SQL Server configured using other third party
tools such as Tivoli, LiteSpeed, Autosys etc.
-Knowledge of other relational database environments, i.e., Oracle, Sybase,
DB2, Informix
-Insurance or banking industry experience is a plus.
*Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
