  Sorry, password comes before SID and no single quotes around the SID value.

  Create Login [Test]

  With Password = 'Passw0rd',

  SID = 0xE1EDB47AD4DEB243A4AA578ACBE92700

  Now the user Test is able to access the Standby mode database on secondary instance. Thank you..
