I have questation, What is good and bad execution plan, How can I find bad plans?Slow query etc..

too general a question!! I'd suggest you install the performance dashboard - that'll give you a nice interface to collect "bad" queries.

I think if you go over to Red Gate you can still get a copy of my book on execution plans for free. You'll have to poke around. I don't have a direct link for it. If not, it's supposed to be available for purchase from Amazon next month. It's focused on nothing but execution plans.
And before anyone throws rocks, I don't get royalties from this book.
